The Outlaws are the headliners as GPO Federal Credit Union presents WOUR’s Fireworks Over Utica this Saturday in Hanna Park. Suns of the Empire, Gridley Paige and The Barn Dogs with the music of the Allman Bros round out an afternoon of music. Fireworks over the city at dusk. Tickets on sale now, still just $10 and kids 12 and under are free! Tickets will be $15 at the door. SU opens the football season at home against Villanova on August 29th. It’s a Friday night game with a 7:30 kickoff. We’ll have special gameday coverage with Gomez, Dave and Lisa live from tailgating at the Sheraton, begins at 3:30!

Perhaps the greatest invention since the car cup holder is the collapsible camp chair. Bringing your portable chair into shows means comfort. You can even supersize your chair with recliner-like extensions and crazy hanging storage, too. Most chairs come with two cup holders which enables two-fisted drinking if you’re up to it.
