There is no question that there is a perpetual gun violence problem that Utica Police are actively fighting, but recently there seems to be an increase in knife related crimes in the city.
Several people were stabbed during an Independence Day house party in Utica, according to police. All of the victims were under the age of 21. One of the victims was a 17-year-old girl.
New York State Police patrols were called to FOX Court in the Town of Boonville in the early morning hours of Friday, March 31st, following a report of a stabbing.
