Utica Police say a 16-year-old male allegedly reached for his waistband, where they found a 9mm handgun, during questioning about a shots fired incident.

Brandon Statham (age 30) of Rochester, New York, was arrested on drug and gun charges after a traffic stop on Friday, May 13, 2022.
