The Law Enforcement community and the entire Mohawk Valley still remember the tragic events of February 27th, 2006 when New Hartford Police Officer Joseph Corr was tragically shot and killed in the Line of Duty.

Monday marks 17-years since a local police officer was gunned down while chasing suspects involved in a jewelry store robbery on Commercial Drive in New Hartford.

The community of New Hartford is mourning the loss of a long-serving and much-loved public servant.

The newly constructed water tower on Snowden Hill Road in New Hartford was officially dedicated Thursday in honor of one of our local fallen heroes.
