A student enrolled at an Upstate New York college was arrested on homicide charges following a lengthy investigation.

Police are looking for Diamond Santana who was last known to be living in Broome County, New York. A warrant for his arrest was last issued on March 23, 2022.

Eve L. Roys, (age 94) and Nancy L. Wellman (age 87) were injured in a fire at a home on Johnson Road in Kirkwood, NY on March 26, 2022. Roys' injuries were fatal.

Peter J. Cirba and Stephanie N. Cirba, both 81 years old, were killed in a house fire on Old State Road in Kirkwood on January 20, 2022.

Police are still investigating a serious crash that took place in Conklin, New York on Friday, January 21, 2022.
