Send Your Loved Ones a Shoutout Video From a New York Shelter Pet
Quarantine is taking a toll on many people's mental health. It's hard to be away from family, friends, and even the coworkers that normally make you want to punch yourself in the face. It's hard being away from social interaction. If you or someone you know is in need of a little pick-me-up, here's the puuurrrrfect solution.
The Niagara SPCA in Western New York has started producing shoutout videos with their resident pets, and you can purchase a personalized video to send to someone you're missing. These are perfect for quarantine birthday celebrations or anniversaries, or just as a way to say hello and wish someone well.
The videos, with either a dog or cat, cost $50 each and all money will go to the Niagara SPCA so they can keep providing for their animals during this tough time. The SPCA website says you'll get your video back within seven days, if not sooner, so plan accordingly.

You may remember the Niagara SPCA from early last month, when they partnered with an Amherst pizza shop to help get dogs adopted. The shop, Just Pizza & Wings Co., placed pictures of the SPCA's adoptable dogs on their pizza boxes, and not only did business explode, the dogs were getting adopted left and right.
