One of the most wanted men in all of Oneida County has finally been captured after nearly two years evading police.

Troopers say the woman already has a DWI conviction and was supposed to be driving with a interlock system.

Troopers say that vehicle, a 2020 Nissan Rogue, had struck a trailer while driving in the wrong direction and then fled the scene.
