30-year-old CT Man Killed in Boonville ATV Crash
New York State Police have identified a man who was killed in an ATV crash in Oneida County.
Troopers say 30-year-old Andrii Yavorskyi died after being ejected from the vehicle after losing control. The accident happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Friday night in the town of Boonville.
Police say Yavorskyi, of Norwalk, Connecticut, was operating a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 700 along Domser Road in the town of Boonville and lost control while rounding a curve. The vehicle went off the road and overturned, ejecting him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers noted Yavorskyi was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
