Amish buggy

A horse and buggy accident sent four Amish people to the hospital and two horses running free.

State Police say the Amish driver of a horse and buggy is in critical condition and the horse was killed after an SUV ran into the back of the buggy in the North Country.

Anthony J. Morrow (age 55) of Theresa, NY was ticketed after allegedly hitting an Amish buggy driven by Joe Swartzentruber (age 29) of Evans Mills on August 8, 2022.

New York State Police responded to call that happened around 6PM on Friday, October 8.
