Rabid Racoon Found In Sangerfield

The Oneida County Health Department says a racoon has tested positive for rabies in the Town of Sangerfield.

Health officials say two adults and a dog had exposure the racoon.

The adults both received a post rabies exposure shot.

The dog was current with its rabies vaccination and received a booster shot.
